How are the ‘Ready-to-go’ courses structured?
The pre-work assignment features a combination of pre-reading and projects that are designed to engage participants with the programme.
A workshop delivered by a TLSA Consultant. All of our workshops are designed using a blended learning approach that integrates:
- Presentation and debate
- Case studies that feature business scenarios and challenges your people face in their personal roles
- Role play, syndicates and team assignments
- Toolbox, a collection of leadership, sales management, account management and sales aids participants can easily integrate into their personal roles
- Coaching from the TLSA consultant
- High quality training notes available in digital and printed formats.
Training only adds value to your business if people implement new learning in their personal roles. At TLSA we have developed an activation process that meets this challenge.
On completion of the workshop, your people are briefed with a personal project. This features a series of co-ordinated tasks that provide a process for your people to activate the training in their personal roles.
We develop the content with you and the project is completed over a period of 8-12 weeks. Additionally, the option exists to support the project with:
- Online coaching from TLSA
- An external endorsement of achievement provided by the Institute of Sales Professionals.
To provide you with a measurable return on investment, on completion of the project your people are invited to present their project results at a ‘Coaching Event’ which is run as a workshop or a virtual event.
At the coaching event each individual has the opportunity to present to your key stakeholders and TLSA:
- Implementation: how the project has been implemented
- Performance: the sales results achieved through the project
- Personal Development: new skills and behaviours each participant has developed and implemented to improve business performance.
This is a challenging and motivational event that uses a unique assessment process developed by TLSA, to give you a measurable return on investment from your training investment.
The option exists to have TLSA run the coaching event for you, or if you prefer to run this event in-house we will provide you with the support materials.
